The Reaction to Cruz's

Information than the
Lengthy Speech Ever
Investigative reporter and commentator, Michelle Malkin brought them to their feet in Omaha this evening.
In what was billed as an Education Reform TownHall sponsored by the Americans for Prosperity, Malkin
talked to the more than 450 about the spectre of the Federal Government's Common Core Curriculum
Malkin enthralled with a fresh, funny and natural delivery, often relating the topic to her own life as a
parent and as the daughter of an educator.
She referred to the politicians behind the movement as "educrats" and drew clear associations with
lucrative corporate entities making enormous profits through association with Common Core.
Malkin emphasized the constitutionality of the maze of government programs and initiatives comprising
the unwieldy program
Malkin spoke in negative terms of government forces who believe
they know better than parents as to how to educate and mold the
minds of children. Malkin stated that she is e primary provider of
education of her own children.
She questioned the very content of the federalized curriculum
and strongly cautioned against allowing the Federal Government
to wrest control of education from local entities.
Malkin mentioned to Robert Small a parent who spoke out a
school board meeting and was threatened with arrest for
expressing his views.
"We are all Robert Smalls."

Michelle Malkin Hits It Out of the Park
in Omaha at Common Core TownHall!
Have you noticed that "joking around" is no longer acceptable in our culture. The Iowa Republican
featured a joke in Craig Robinson's column. The joke listed a number of people born nine months after
the Roswell incident. The list included Obama, Schumer and the like. Robinson even conceded that it
was a joke and that the birth dates of the listees were bogus. I thought it was funny but America's
endless supply of the easily offended differ.
This trend is not minor. I have studied world history. I can tell you that when a people lose their liberty,
just prior to that their lose their sense of humor.
The United States of America is in a very unfunny place.

We Can't Roll Back ObamaCare Because
It Is Now "Law of the Land". Oh, Really?
The other day I was having a drink with a Democrat friend. He was quite agitated about
"Why don't you Republicans quit your whining and face the fact that you lost. You can do
absolutely nothing! ObamaCare is the Law of the Land now!', he wailed.
I answered (probably wailing, too). "Why didn't anybody tell Lincoln when he freed the Slaves that
he couldn't do that because the laws allowing slavery were the "Laws of the Land". Why didn't
Lincoln know that a law could never be overturned."
"And don't tell me that because the Supreme Court ruled on a case concerning ObamaCare, it is
irretrievably the Law of the Land. Previous bad decisions from SCOTUS did not save slavery from
repeal. What about laws that allowed Segregation? Once the Law of the Land, those laws are no
more- because they were bad."
I was on a roll. I reminded him that prohibition had once been the LAW OF THE LAND. I ordered
him to stop drinking his beer if he thought that our country could never rise above bad law."
Here's the bottom line folks: I've said this before. We are NOT a nation of laws. We are a nation of
law-abider's. Our laws do not rule us. They are our tools. We create them. We amend them. We
rewrite them. We challenge them in the courts. We enforce them. We repeal them.
Laws are our inventions. They are our tools. We use them to maintain our civilization as we want it
to be. The vast majority of us obey our laws in an effort to maintain our civilization. When we think
a law is bad we begin efforts to remove it.
ObamaCare is not a deity or a god. It has no special powers. Lawmakers must stop tippy-toeing
around it. It is simply a bad law. It is an unwieldy law. It is a law constructed of unspeakable
incompetence- but it is just a law. As reasonable people we must strike down this legislative
We mustn't give up. Just because a plan to accomplish that goal has little chance to succeed, the
morale of the people demands an exhibition of effort. That is why Ted Cruz is seen as a hero and
Peter King a villain.
We must stop fearing ObamaCare. True, it is not an iguana- it is Godzilla. But it is a Godzilla
unable to walk for his cumbersome, excess weight. He is a Godzilla that is poorly fed, confused
Ours to take down. Ours to slay. Just another bad law.

Redskins Change Name? Pure Idiocy
I see that the uberliberal arbiters of political correctness are at it again.
Operating on the assumption that America is an evil kingdom in which even good acts are rooted in
bad intent, these folks see only insult to Native Americans in the names of some sports teams.
Ridiculous! Who names sports team? Nine times out of ten, that task is performed by little boys- little
boys from grade school to retirement age.
Do they choose names that are weak and will invite ridicule? No! Left to their own devices, the boys
always choose names for their teams that make them look good in some way- tough or brave or
smart- or something.
It's about THEM, It's bout a chance to label themselves by labeling their team. It is never taken as an
opportunity to label someone else.
This is another manufactured issue designed to further bruise the American spirit.
I predict that once the thought police have finally succeeded in terminating every sports-related
name that pays homage to Native Americans they will begin complaining because there are no
sports-related names paying homage to Native Americans.
It may sound as if I am being facetious, but I'm not. I know how this will play out because I know that
this is about disheartening a sports-loving America and not at all about Native Americans
President Obama is obviously resentful that he has been forced to take some of his valuable time to
make a stab at ObamCare repair.
Repair is simply not his shtick. He’s the kind who barks out an order and moves on to his next
conquest. I’m sure this does annoy him. What bothers him even more is that he does not want to to
spend a moment on this internet garbage. He’d rather devote every moment to looking for ways to
use the disastrous debut of ObamaCare to harm and discredit Republicans. That is the primary
mission of his administration. We must expect continuing snarkiness until that mission becomes job
I have no doubt that very soon the liberal-puppet media will all be telling us that the sites are being
abused and hacked by malicious Tea Partiers and that Republicans are leading their constituents in
subversive efforts to scuttle Obama’s baby.
This pronouncement will substitute for repairs. That’s who Obama is.
He’s not a fixer. He’s a blamer.

Rush: Requesting a Change in Terminology
Limbaugh listeners are familiar with the phrase "the chickification of America."
I'm a chick-albeit a conservative chick- and I find of late that this offends my delicate sensibilities.
I am witnessing so many male political leaders displaying remarkable cowardice- Barrack Obama, so
terrified that he might receive even a fraction of blame that his desperate slickness is hard to watch-
Peter King throwing one of his own under the bus because he trembles in fear at the prospect of
unpopularity- GOP Leaders constantly bowed and outmaneuvered- and on and on.
It seems to me that at this point moving theses guys to chickdom would only toughen them up.
Rush, I suggest a small but significant change to "THE WIMPIFICATION OF AMERICA."
Not only is it more technically correct, it recognizes one of Obama's prime objectives, the move to
The new Marine Hats are but another sign of this agenda.
Obama seeks not to feminize as much as to produce one new amalgamated, confused, wimpy,
miserable, dysfunctional gender.
