A SPOTLIGHT Urgent Call to Action

By now you've probably seen the two school related videos that are
making the rounds. One is second graders singing praises of
President Obama and the other is called the Story of Stuff. Links
to both below) This one has been and is being played in American
classrooms as a factual part of the curriculum. It is clearly Marxist
and anti-American. I mean it disparaged the country but also the
American people. The saddest part of all of this is that we only know
about these things via YouTube. That is because a few decades ago
we abandoned to the liberals the battlefield of our schools. Time
to Reclaim the territory! Here's a way to start:
1). Realize that this is not just about parents. This is about
everyone- every taxpayer-every American concerned about the future.
2. Form a committee- based on the above.
3. First, attack the Story of Stuff. Call the schools in your area
and find out if it has been shown. If not, express to them strongly
that it should not shown. If it has, tell them that it is not fact but
opinion and demand that equal time be given to the opposing view.
Find out when school board meetings are and go. Part of the beauty of
having a committee is these time obligations can be shared and
revolved.
4. Inspect textbooks and teaching materials. Ask to sit in on
classes. Attend every event open to the public.
5. In short, even if you are not able to accomplish all these goals, the
fact that you are watching closely, in itself, can really improve
things.
6. The praise Obama video: this is a more difficult topic because it is
harder to define. We understand instilling respect for the office of
President. HOWEVER, there are two things we will not tolerate in
the classroom: praise for Obama's highly contested, controversial
and very partisan political agenda. Just because the man is
President, every idea he has is not necessarily agreed with or affirmed
by the people. We can respect the office and still disagree with
him. Our children should not be brain-washed into agreeing with
the President.
The other thing we will not tolerate is a developing a "personality
cult" for the President in the classrooms. The President is still a
politician and we dot indoctrinate our kids to follow any politician-
ever.
Write or call your schools- teachers, administrators and school boards
and make sure that they understand the foregoing. Share this with
your local papers and radio stations.

All of the back door maneuvering in the Senate and
House is designed for one thing right now: to deny
the Republicans any opportunity for debate and to
force an " up or Down Vote" on whatever health
care reform legislation they put forward. Under
these circumstances, the democrat's simple majority
will pass the Bill. END OF STORY.
Call Your Senators. Call all of them and let them
know that you will accept ANY FORM OF THIS
LEGISLATION and if they vote for it you will see that
they will eventually be turned out of office. Here is a
